The hotel is in a beautiful remote location on the outskirts of Munich, by good public transport and the forest. My room came with a safe, TV set, and a mini bar fridge. - the views from the window were excellent. - Away from the hustle and bustle, so it was nice and quiet at the hotel.

Great value for money with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The location is perfect, right next to Grunwald castle and with easy access to the city center. The staff, who happen to be Italian, provided friendly and hassle-free service. The Italian food at the hotel was excellent as well.
Breakfast selection could've been improved with more variety or options.

Loved the traditional tiled oven in the restaurant and the Mediterranean atmosphere created by the arched windows and old brickwork. Free WiFi was a bonus and enjoyed the selection of activities offered.
No need for air conditioning in a historic building, sweating through the summer nights was so delightful.

I loved the cozy and charming decoration of the hotel. The furniture and artwork reminded me of a traditional Bavarian house, making it feel like a home away from home. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The hallways were wide and well-lit, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking cane.
I would have loved to see more assistance from the staff with regards to activities suitable for senior people. Sometimes it can be difficult to explore a new place on our own, and a helpful recommendation or suggestion would have made my vacation even better.
